fantastic stay near times square
early check-in comfortable king bed prime location
the staff helped us with early check-in and it improved our trip. the king bed was the most comfortable. it is near times square and bryant park.
The valet service was slow. I waited two hours for my car. the front desk did not offer enough assistance. working room keys and functioning a/c would have been appreciated.

small fitness center brick wall view
The fitness center was surprisingly small. I expected more equipment for a hotel of this size. The selection was limited and uninspiring. the city view I paid extra for turned out to be a brick wall. It was quite disappointing, almost laughable.

convenient location large room helpful staff coffee shop
I was happy about the convenient location, a short walk to many attractions. the room size surprised me. I expected it to be smaller. the staff were helpful and friendly, i noticed. i also found a coffee shop on the premises, very convenient.
The breakfast selection was quite basic. I expected a bit more variety. it seemed limited compared to what i am used to. this did not impact my stay though.

the staff are very friendly, kind, and genuinely cute. i saw that the assistant general manager went out of their way to help. they are available to accommodate guest needs. they maintain clean rooms daily.

convenient location dining option notable attraction efficient service
i found the hotel well-located near several subway stations. there were numerous dining options close by, a significant advantage. the proximity to attractions including times square and the empire state building was a highlight. i also thought the room service worked efficiently.
the elevator operated slowly, at times i experienced a slight delay.

charming stay near times square
prime spot attentive staff comfortable beds
I was charmed by the hotel's prime spot near everything. the staff seemed very attentive and polite. I really appreciated that. my room was very clean, and the beds were quite comfortable too. It was unexpected!
my only minor issue, i found the shower pressure to be a little weak. this didn't ruin my stay, but stronger water flow would definitely improve the experience.

Acceptable Stay but Some Issues
slow check-in staffing problem
The location is near many attractions and a grocery store.
The check-in process presented problems. My room wasn't ready at the specified time, I waited for a considerable time. I hoped to rest before my event but that was not possible. The hotel could improve its staffing and workflow to better accommodate guests.
